walmartmoneycard/green dot customer service coercive tactics Nationwide

Called walmartmoneycard customer service as soon as i noticed discrepancy, was discussing the problem and operator turned card off before informing me the money left on card was not accessable fo two to five weeks, when i questioned her why would it take so long i decided to speak to someone during office hours and thats when she told me it was already done, card shut off and nee card offered! No choice, too bad, done, no turning back, stuck with no recourse! Powerless to access money till new card arrives.

She argued with me about two to five weeks. Called me a liar. I then hung up and called back. New girl told me no recousr cause first girl already shut off card. I just wanted to pay my car insurance so as not be penalized. I am now stuck paying penalties and increased payments because i failed to pay my insurane on time and cancelled. I am on very limited fixed income as it is. No compassion or understanding. What can i do.. This is most grievious siyuation! Need to file lawsuit if i could find lawyer yo represent me!
