I have had 2 Walmart Money Cards for over a year with no problems.My girlfriend of 6 years and I both deposited are Tax refunds into these cards.Hers went on first.Couple weeks later mine went on.After my tax refund deposited 2 weeks later,few hours later i found out both my cards were froze. Turns out they froze them for possible fraudlent activity.Both cards were in my name.Well since she is not on the account,it threw a red flag. We ended up having to fax our IDs and both are Social Security Cards.ARE YOU SERIOUS???I dont know who is on the other side of that fax.
We sent this stuff to them the very next day.Being very compliant.So they say it will take a minimum of 10 days to get a answer.They will not let me talk to a Rep.who is dealing with my case.They keep saying i will recieve a phone call.
They have almost $3000 of MY MONEY.After the 2nd deposit went on,2 hrs later they froze it.2 hours.Now you say at least 10 days to get a answer.
This is a scam.They are holding peoples Income Tax Refunds anyway they can to draw Interest off OUR MONEY.We have 3 kids and about to get kicked out.We are both unemployed.And about to lose are car.THIS IS NO JOKE!!! Also i had to dispute a transaction with DIRECTV.I helped a friend to pay there last bill.They took it and 2 days later charged my card another $1000.Well i disputed it with walmartmoneycard.Faxed all papers to them that they requested.In there contract it says,A dispute will take up to ten days and if we need more time,we will credit your account for that amount.Bull Crap.Almost 15 days went by and i heard nothing.I ended up geting a check from Directv.This sounds like BREACH OF CONTRACT.I have already done paperwork for Small Claims Court on Directv.Green Dot,GE Bank,walmart is about to be next.

I was able to email this site and i had to answer 3 security questions.Thats all it took.But they held my money for 9 days.We know they hold are money to draw interest.Of course i didnt get nothing extra.Just email the address that employee sent me.They will call you within about an hour.If they still bull u around.I would take them to small claims court.THANKS RIPOFFREPORT.com
