I purchased a DVD off this website and once I received it I noticed that it was a copy of an original....not the original DVD as was promised and advertised on their website. Returned DVD and was promised a refund. Still waiting on refund....I email the company multiple times a week and no one EVER responds yet when I first made the purchase and would contact them via email they would respond within 24 hours...what happened to that great customer service now that I am an unhappy customer?
