I ordered a DVD on November 29th, 2009 to give as a Christmas present. I got an email saying that my package finally shipped on December 15th, which already seemed to be a problem to me.

I started contacting them on their website, and also through my own email address. The website states that they will contact you back within 24 hours. I never received ANY emails back.

It's now January 13th, and I have nothing. They took the money out of my bank account, but I haven't gotten any response back, or my DVD.

Overall, I find it odd that there is no way to contact anyone through a phone number or anything. If I never get the DVD, I want my money back!

This is obviously a bootleg site. Disney would never allow their name to be used on such a shoddy website.

If I were you, I'd contact the real Disney and let them know about this site. I've seen other complaints from people who actually received DVDs and they were obvious fakes. Disney is very protective of their trademarks and will likely come down hard on this scam. You may not get your money back, but you could help put them out of business.
