Wargaming.net World of Tanks Paid for Ultimate product did not receive Internet

I paid a lot of money for an Ultimate tank and after using it once it did not have the features it was supposed to. This is a total rip off and their customer service is lacking in a bad way.

This was a good game but has gone down hill. All I want is a refund for what I paid for and they are nor cooperative. If they were to refund all of the money I have spent over the last 6 months I would be happy to go elsewhere.

Sorry for your lack of cooperation and support. You should be banned from providing services if you are unwilling to provide thorough support and understanding.
