Warranty Activation Center Automated call offering auto warranty extension, will not respond to do not call requests, hang up. Nationwide

Company calling itself "Warranty Activation Center" keeps calling my home and business cell phone using automated calling devices. Selecting the opt out option offered does not work, when I choose to talk with a representative by dialing 1, they will not reveal their address, phone, nothing. When asked where they got my info, or why they are calling a blocked number and a business cell number, they simply hang up. Every time I try to call them back using the number in my caller ID, it reports that the number has been disconnected and is no longer in service, so it appears these numbers are being masked using a directory of discontinued numbers. Something needs to be done about these people!!!!!
