Warranty Forever Will not cover repairs.
*General Comment: Every service contract/warranty has eligibility guidelines regarding lifts
"Warranty Forever” ... What a Joke! Basically no matter what, they will NOT cover any repairs. Even though I did all necessary services at a dealer as I should per the agreement. Now that I have and issue they won’t cover it because of the lift on my vehicle. What a croc of BS! The vehicle came from the dealer brand new with the lift. They said if I make any modifications to the vehicle at all the warranty is Void. You can’t even change your own oil or rotate your own tires. And you must call in and ok anything you have done to the vehicle. BE WARNED! Don’t be fooled into believing that you are covered.

Every service contract/warranty has eligibility guidelines regarding lifts

Hello,
I am sorry your claim was ineligible for coverage. I am an independent agent that is very familiar with the Warranty Forever program. This is the first lifetime powertrain ever brought to the market well over 10 years ago. There are MILLIONS of active Warrant Forever contracts right now with happy customers. It is a great program for the dealership and the consumer. After reading your comments I would like to share a few things:
1. Every warranty available has specific language regarding lift eligibility. EVERY SINGLE ONE. This is because lifts are hard on your vehicle and transmission. National Automotive Experts (who offers Warranty Forever) allows for a 4 inch lift (2 inch down) by the manufacturer. This is clearly stated in your contract. Anything outside of that would void the contract.
2. The required maintenance you performed to keep your warranty forever intact is just your recommended MANUFACTURE'S maintenance. The maintenance listed in your owners manual that is required to keep your manufacture's warranty intact, from GM, Chrys, Ford, etc as well.
3. The pre-authorization call for maintenance takes roughly 90 seconds. The employees who take your call are extremely friendly and helpful. They keep track of your mileage and services performed and make sure the customer knows what needs to be done. This is good in assisting customers with knowing exactly what needs to be done to keep not only their Warranty Forever, but their manufacturers warranty in tact.
4. This really comes down to the selling dealership presenting and offering the program correctly. If the vehicle you purchased had a lift that exceeded the eligibility requirements for the program the selling dealer should not have provided to the warranty to you in the first place. Unfortunately, National Automotive Experts has no way of knowing about the lift until there was the claim. The good news is YOU DID NOT PAY FOR THIS WARRANTY. It came with the vehicle. The dealership is provided a reasonable and affordable rate to offer on all "eligible" vehicles."
Again, I am truly sorry that your claim was not covered. I understand this was a frustrating experience for you. But Warranty Forever is a great program offered by an reputable company. There are no surprises or twists in the contract. They want happy customers. It is unfortunate it appears the selling dealer placed the warranty on a vehicle that was not eligible when it was sold to you due to the modifications.
