Warranty Forever Failed Warranty Forever Nationwide

I had purchased my 2010 Hyundai Sante Fe from Boniface Hiers and was happy to hear about their warranty forever program as long as I owned my car. However, I did not live in the area and chose to have my vehicle serviced at a local Hyundai dealership. I regularly called in my required oil changes and services. The warranty personel kept telling me I had 6 months or 7500 miles and I could wait to take my vehicle in because I didnt have to take it in every 3 months. This caused me to get off schedule with my mileage. I was maintaining my vehicle according to my local dealership on schedule and to the owners manual.  At 58,000 miles I needed an oil change called warranty forever and gave them information as usual was not reminded or told anything about 60,000 routine maintance, took it to my dealer they said to bring it back for the 60,000 maintaince when I needed another oil change and put the customary oil change reminder sticker on my windshield. At 62,000 I took vehicle in for 60,000 maintenance. Called warranty forever and was told the warranty was voided because I did not have customary maintenance done at 60,000. First of all the agent told me I did not need the transmission serviced because it was not on scheduled maintenance but my local Hyundai dealer said I did. Then I found out Warranty Forever only considered normal maintence in their warranty not severe which included the transmission service. The entire program is a way for the dealership who uses them to make money on servicing vehicles!!!!
