Warranty Logistics We were unable to repair your ipod due to one of the following saying physical damage liquid demage and prior unauthorized repair not covered in there service plan. When I called them told them what was wrong just fix the buttons on ipod and thet refused with these answers they refuse to get someone for you to talk about this. Just want to get you off the phone and use walmart to say you need to contact them about this problem. Please there are a lot of reports about this company and alls there doing is stealing peoples money and doing nothing to fix the problem. Bensenville Illinois

 Firts a warrenty IS NOT a cover all. If they refuse to fix it, then you have violated the terms of your warrenty. With most electronic devices its normally water damages. See when you first purchased your item you would have been given a pamphlet or paperwork that described the terms and conditions in which you have to follow in order to redeem the warrenty.

If they wont fix the issue then you have violated the terms of your warrenty and need to address this with the company you purchased it from. In my experience though, walmart WILL NOT ASSIST YOU!! It is unfortunate that this happend but the reality is the warrenty company IS NOT the one who broke your device. You were probably offered several different warrenties. You probably settled on the "wear and tear" warrenty that covers normal use and NOT accidental damage.

In the future make sure to get the warrenty that DOES cover things like accidental damage such as broken screen and water damages. This isnt a scam no matter what you feel. Its that fact that they cannot fix your device under the warrenty you have. If you want it fixed then YOU have to pay for it. I would suggest that you buy yourself a NEW IPOD and get (((competitor's name redacted)))!
