This company is terrible for service.  I have had same probelm with a washer and they just keep prolonging really fixing it or replacing it

It has not worked properly since December of 2013,  It does not spin on the final rinse so I have to hand wring as much water out of the  cloths and/ or hang on the line first to let the water drip out of the cloths before finishing them in the dryer
