We have a clear No Refunds Policy

AUTHOR: admin Warrior Trading - (USA)

POSTED: Tuesday, April 12, 2016

As is industry standard for all websites like ours, we maintain a no refunds policy.  When a user signs up the MUST agree to our no refunds policy in order to make a purchase.

We have this policy because as soon as somebody joins our members only area, they have access to our intellectural property including stock scanners, trading courses, and trading strategies.  They have full access to download all of these assets, and then ask for a refund.

This individual did in fact access our members only area, as indicated by his Access Logs.  He accessed a total of 160 pages.

His request to ask for a refund after obtaining everything he wanted is equivilant to stealing.

He additionally attempted to blackmail us saying he would write bad reviews if we didn't offer a refund.

We maintined our No Refunds Policy, and he has begun writing these reviews.  There is no question in our minds that this individual is trying to take advantage of us and expected he could get our premium content for free if he asked for a refund.

We explained this to him and told him we considered the matter closed.  Any furthur discussions would be through our attorney.
