On 4/2/2017 I purchased what I thought was warrior trading pro for $596.00 which was broken up into 4 payments of $149.00. When I realized this was not the program I was getting I cancelled my account on 4/3/2017. I contacted the company and requested a refund they refused saying they had a no refund policy.
I explained to Jeff that Michigan has a 3 day right to cancel with a full refund. He said he didn't care what the law was they had a whole team of lawyers to fight people who wanted refunds.
I have submitted my case to the Michigan State Attorney general and would recommend anyone else having problems with this company to do the same. Check your state buyers cancellation laws first.
I had a very hard time finding this companies address but I did and have included it in this complaint.

Like any business, Warrior Trading never likes to see unhappy members. Our goal is to provide each of our students with the best learning experience possible. Hundreds of reviews from our students can be viewed here: trustpilot.com/review/warriortrading.com
With over 5000 active members in our community, we have not seen any indication that these issues brought up by this student are widespread or are in any way an accurate representation of the typical Warrior Trading experience.
In this case our response is simple. We do not offer a refund because we are giving out proprietary software and education materials. We do this because we do not want people signing up and immediately dropping out of the course and asking for a refund. We have offered refunds in the past and have found that a lot of people use it as a “trial” period.
A refund policy creates an enormous amount of work for our staff so we decided to change over to a money back guarantee. With a money back guarantee we can add stipulation to make sure students are actually trying to understand the material.
The simple fact of the matter is that all customers are required to agree to our terms and conditions in order to sign up to be a member of Warrior Trading. One of those terms is that we DO NOT have a refund policy.
