I am also a victim of WAMU and their "random" interest increases on an existing account.

I have always paid on time. I have had an increase in my FICA score since opening account. I have paid charges to get a transfer and obtain a low interest rate. I have been descreasing amount of this account since it was opened ... no charges. Many times I pay over the minimum payment... every time now.I have no over limit or bounced checks. My FICA is in top 600s to 700s.

I have a letter from Mr Pritchard stating his fraudulent interest increase for "FICA" score changes ... and "High revolving balances". They do not state the source of this information .... just that it is an internal credit accessment.

I have also notified WAMU (Mr Pritchard) of these mistakes in my card interest rate increase .... with no response. Certified letter and original copy.


This is a scam of a bank. I see they have severe problems since 2008 and are basically bankrupt with JPMorgan Chase paying up for them.

The only way I see out of this whole bank/mortgage problem is for the people to stop paying any payments. This means stop borrowing or default completely forcing the whole system into default.

We must first own all that we need for basic survival use 100% clear.

That means use the same methods as the banks ... liquidating for cash and reinvisting with no financing and no name.. or at the minimums allowed by bankrupt laws.

The more ethical way would be to minimize material possessions to basic survival needs .... camper/RV and 1 yr food cash) and start debt free life.

Maybe if people started sending letters and Email to Mr Prichard ( Name on letter of interest increase confirmation) and showing how he takes millions ... or billions of dollars earned by others .... to his personal address we might make an impact. Another tactics might be to list his family and business partners amongst Arlington TX.
