Purchased a watch and paid forit, never received it regardless of follow up. All responses are late and meaningless
no proper answer and all the time ask for waiting extra time without any proper reason to wait apart from we will search

Total Fraud, response full of wrong information, Watch should be delivered in UKRAINE, ODESSA not Saudi
The response is adding more to their lies and dishonesty
Watch neither sent to Odessa, nor to Saudi
I never received the watch till today and never been asked to pay any duties
This is a company cover its lies by more lies, wish to see the bill of lading that show its shipped to Saudi

I've to admit after discussion with one of the CRM, they had refunded my money back.
I'm now feeling better, yet I've to say that WATCHMAXX should give much more attention to International buyers
They should give more shipping options even if its more expensive
The company has to respond promptly so customers not to get frustrated.

We are truly sorry about any inconvenience. We shipped the watch out the day order was received back in the end of December to Saudi Arabia, the watch arrived and needed the Duties to be paid by the customer after 5 weeks the customer paid for it and the package was delivered last week.
