Watchmaxx Bad buying experience watch did not seem authentic did not hold time and did not have all paperwork and stickers on watch

I ordered a Cartier watch from watchmaxx and they box was dented and did not come with all the paperwork. The watch did not have the accurate brand new stickers when I received the watch. It looked as if this was a refurbished watch. I noticed the watch did not hold time properly. When I called for a refund I encountered aggressive attitude. I was fearful I would not receive my money back since I was getting the run around so I had to have my lawyer get involved and send a letter to ensure I received my refund. They could not tell me exactly when I would receive a refund. I felt like i was getting the run around and they were very condensending and rude to me. I was very dissatisfied with my buying experience and would never buy from watchmaxx again.
