waterhouse financial services scentair technologies Inc recd letter stating winning of $3875 and them $125000 and the check is not even being accepted by the bank as they are stating that this is a rip off. charlotte North Carolina

Recd a checl for $3875.00 and was told to call Mark Nelson 14168311901 to have him confirm the check and he woudl make the check a live check.  Was told to deposit this check and wait till clears and call them back as I need to pay the taxes $2000  and after that they will send me my winnings of $121125.00  I called this number back and told them that my bank would not aceept check as it is a rip off and he asked me who said this.  I was told to read the web about this Waterhouse Financial and it came up as being a rip off.
