We are pleased to inform you that you are one of the declared winners of the INTERNATIONAL SHOPPERS LOTTO POWERBALL conducted in North Americal being th ehost of the event for this present year's Mega Jackpot lotto winning programs held on February 28, 2013 in the 2nd category.  The lucky number is 02-08-12-14-16-1-06

You are therfored entitled to the sum of $125,000.00 US Dollars. This is from total price money of $3 Million US dollars that was shared and presented among the other 24 declared winners.
