I recently ordered a water ionizer from Peter Goodgold, or WaterWorks4u. The ionizer did not work, the contents of the box were all over from the shipping. I have always been very involved in alternative medicines and practices. I though water ionizers would be a great product and I believe that pH water can help save our lives. However, WaterWorks4u is not the company to use. The horrible customer service (and lack of), shotty shipping practices, and headache of returning a product. I recommend not using their services, as it was a nightmare for me. The customer is always right, and when I called, that wasn't the case...
Thanks for a bunch of headaches and stress... all of which wasn't needed.

We have thoroughly researched all our records and cannot find any invoice of us selling products to Bridgette. Nor have we recieved any complaints from this party. No phone, e-mails , or any other form of comunication between Bridgette and our company waterworks4u.com
In the past if customer with any of our products we handle these problems immediately by replacing products or refunding monies due. My feeling is that this complaint was malicously created by a competitior wishing to smear my name and my companies reputation.
Since this report is a hoax and to and to prove this we are demanding that the author provide some proof that the transaction/event really happened and if it did happen how did they contact us with their complaint because we have no record of a sale or complaint.
My feelings are if we could track where the complaint came from ultimately we would find that it came from one of my competitors whom is trying to smear my reputation.
My life and my business is an open book. Please feel free to contact me in any way shape or form.
