Watson Realty Deceptive Lease practices Clermont Florida

Watson realty has done nothing for me as a customer and tenant while they allowed the Landlord to violate the lease and Florida Statute 83 one a few accounts.

One. They blamed me for cinch bugs in the lawn while I was paying to treat the lawn. The lease stipulated that this was the Landlords responsibilty not the tenant.

Two. They did not repair the garage door that would derail itself for the entire year we were there. This violates code and Florida statutes to maintain a safe dwelling, not to mention I could not use the garage I was paying for all along.

Three.  They did not present me a written notice of non lease renewal two months prior to the lease expiring which put my family in a financially stressful situation to move rapidly. This violates the lease and Fl statute 83.

Four. The deceptively charge $ 250.00 for carpet cleaning off the security deposit which violate florida law under what is deemed, "Reasonable wear and tear". 

Watson realty has to be the most crookedly run outfit and has no ethics to the customer.
