Wavee US, LLC FRAUD, I won a game on 12/17/2010 and still do not have it 02/10/11, Internet

12/16/10 got an email from wavee.com, auction site, so i signed up and was charged for $75.00. I called them immediately and they said is was clearly stated that thier is no refunds, so i finally got a 50% refund.

on 12/17/10 I went and tried their site, and Won for Xbox Call Of Duty Black Ops for .21, so I paid the .21 and then a $1.99 handling fee (a lot of hidden charges) on 12/17/10 and now on 02/10/11 i still do have the game. I called the beginning of jan and was told it takes 21 days to process. 

I called mid Jan and was told that it will not ship until 02/01/11. I called on 02/01/11 and a Guy jay ( who is the only Supervisor they have and no one above him) which was very rude and kept saying to me are you listening to me. he finally told me they are preocessing it still and I shopuld get it any day now if i did not get it by Friday 02/04/11 to call him back.

Well I called him on Tuesday 02/08/11 and still have no game and it is still in processing and I will get it any day now. it is 02/10/11 and it has been 55 days since i was  charged for an item and have no gotten it.
