After seeing television ad for Wac Vac went on Web site to order. Tried to order promotional advertised item for $10 for 2 units plus S&H. Entered credit card info. Pressed enter and price of $121.83 appeared with no ability to cancel. This appears to be a classic case of "bait and switch".

Immediately (within 15 minutes), emailed Wax Vac to cancel order, two days later got email from customer service that it is to late to cancel and that I can return unit and pay 1/2 S&H which totalled $28.40. Have filed complaint with American Express, they are holding payment. I am refusing to pay S&H and have asked for S&H to cover my expense.
