Wayne County Friend Of Court using bogus court order on a closed case that was never filed and is past the statue of limitations Detroit Michigan

Dec. 1 2011 an order was signed by judge Muriel Hughes for me to pay 62,966.01 in back child support at a rate of 750 dollars a month. I appealed this order, on June 29 2012 I flew to Michigan from Oklahoma, the hearing was adjourned and set for July 20 2012. On July 20 judge Diane Bigger denied my motion to dismiss the case and ruled the court order is valid and signed and I am to pay the full amount. The court order is not signed and does not appear in the Register of Actions which makes it invalid. Wayne County Curcuit Court case number 79939308-DS was never filed and was closed on 01-01-2004, the statue of limitations expired on 07-18-2007. My DL has never been suspended for non-payment of child support, no warrants for my arrest, there hasn't been a wage garnishment since Feb.1981.

1979 Susan Pinoniemi told me she was pregnant and I was the father, I took her to the DHS office signed the papers and set up the child support hearing for March21 1980, she told me she didn't have a ride so I agreed to take her. On the hearing date she brings her mother with her, judge Patrick Dugan ordered me to pay 8 dollars a week and have it garnished from my 57 dollar pay check. Feb. 1981 F.O.C. took my income tax return claiming I am behind on child support, I showed them ever payment was made and showed them the court order. She crumpled up the court order saying we want 35 dollars a week not 8, I refused to pay, my boss refused to take out 35 dollars because it would leave me with nothing. I went to the F.O.C. telling them to put a warrant for my arrest and we will see what the judge says, they refused. I spent the 80s trying to fix this without success, this ruined my life.
