Wayne County Friend Of The Court I pay child support for children I support ripoff Detroit Michigan

I too am like Darryl, am a victim of Wayne county friend of the court. I have three children 19, 17, and 15 in 1988 when my oldest son was born he and his mom was on welfare. I was trying to do the right thing and unlike so many other people I know I admitted to welfare that I was is father and began to have money taken out of my check two years later my youngest son came along and two years after that came my daughter, and child support continued until 1994 when I was termenated from my job at the restaurant.

for the next thre years I was working on a property that I had bought fixed it up and got my family who also had stop recieving benefits in 1997 every since then I have been arrested four times and spent the night in jail just to talk to a ref the next morning who in turn calls my kid's mother- who lives in my house, where I pay the bills, and the kids lunch money, and the car that their mom drives. to find that she does not want to hold me liable for support, then they let me go.

After being released I tried to get court dates to have evrything that I owe for those years they were recieving assistance. That was not at all effective in fact the Prosecutor I spoke to was so rude to me and my kid's mother and threatened to put me back in jail if I didn't have money to give her right then.

So in all my children were on welfare from 1988 to 1997 and I know I do owe maoney for that; however I paid the support required from '88 until '94 from my payroll deductions and in '97 when I morgaged my home I gave FOC $7500 to make up for the three years that I did not pay, just to get back in good standing with FOC. as it stands now I owe over $75,000 and I don't believe the welfare pays those type of benifits over the course of three years so as for now I am throwing money into a bottomless pit and the balance is still growing and there is nothing that I can do about it.

I just had to stop working at a job because Foc was taking half my check leaving me with just enough money to pay for gas to work I am in school and one day will be making descent money once I recieve my degree in Criminal Justice.

If there is anyone that can help with the bullie that we also call Friend of the Court you can contact me We men have to stick together and get some type of understanding from FOC and make it so that we can pay a certain percentage out of our checks so that we can live and make it to work and pay something. because now that I quit my job childsupport can't be taken and know progress can be made for the system or my family.
