Wayne County Friend Of The Court rip-off! They refused to ACKNOWLEDGE & credit - COURT ORDERED ABATEMENT. Detroit Michigan

We have been dealing with "Friend of the EX-WIFE" for almost 9 years. My husband has be awarded a child support abatement for daycare and extended amount of parenting time. All of our paperwork was faxed in along with copies of the court orders - yet FOC took it upon themselves to "just no allow it".

What happen to following court orders? If my husband doesn't pay his support we end up in court - BUT, when the ex complains about her child support - FOC jumps through hoops for her. This system is a joke. All the information on the web site is geared towards the Custodial parent - nothing for the NON-custodial. Apparently, they have no rights, they are clearly ATM machines.

We are going to court this month - my husband has REFUSED to send in ANY CHILD SUPPORT - with full knowledge that we would be served with a "Show Cause Hearing". We want to go up in front of the JUDGE - we will show her all of our documentation and let her rule. I hate this system - I can honestly say that when this child turns 18 it will be the happiest day of our lives.
