Wayne started his con here in California but has now moved it to Arizona as the DA,his judgements against him and those he defrauded are hot on his trail.He will tell you he has access to pre forclosures and will even give you lender print outs of the properties and will ask for money to set up an escrow account to bid on the properties.You will never see your money again.He has done this 5 times that I know of now.He hangs out with a character by the name of Danny Jackson who might be bringing in people for Wayne to rip off.
