Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Don't do business with this individual! He fraudulently took $25,000 of my money to invest in a real estate portfolio that never happened. When I tried to reach him to get my money back, he had a invalid address and won't return my calls. From what I am being told, I am not the only one who has lost money with this guy. Beware!

I tried to file a police report with little help from Costa Mesa or Newport beach where these meeting took place.I did however contact the District Attorneys office and they would like t ohear from everyone who had been a victim of this sleeze ball.

I have spoke to her and filed a formal complaint.If everyone does they have more to go after Wayne and file a lawsuit against him.

This man has not only ripped off the individuals listed in the previous "rip off" complaints. There are others as well--people who thought they were Wayne's friends which makes this all the more insulting. I believe that Wayne never put the money into buying the foreclosurers or notes as he said, but was living off of the money he took from the investors. This man needs to be stopped before he rips off any others. I know that Wayne has taken at least $150,000 in loans from friends and investors with the promises of paying back personal loans (to friends) and 10% profit on real estate or notes. He also states he buys property in Arizona so beware!!

I would like to have this person who wrote this contact me as I have hired an attorney to go after Wayne for taking and noit returning my money for the same purpose he accepted this person money.I will bring him to justice and will get his appraisers license revoked,my money and hopefully him in jail or on prohbation.
