My scenrio is the same as the other person,Wayne Wikenheiser says he works through a division of Ditech/GMAC and gets to see foreclsore notes before others.He wants $25K for an escrow account and you will hear about all the properties he has but none of them have materialed in over 4 months.When I ask for my money back I get the run around.I have not retained a lawyer to file a lawsuit to get it back and to try and get his appraisers license revoked.

I have a legal and binding judgment against Wayne that I have now added legal fee's to as well so if he tells you he can purchase property with you he cannot.The DA is now involved and investigating Wayne as well,hpefully he will end up with some jail time.This guy is a crook and has done this scam many times now....if you are a victim call the OC DA office and report it.
