Wc Value Plus This company charged my mastercard $16.95 two time on same day. Both Unauthorized. I dont even know who they are. Internet

I contacted my mastercard customer service today to check on my balance and available credit. I knew what it should be, but it wasn't showing any money available. I was also told that I had two pending purchases for $16.95 on my account and one was from WCValuePlus. The charge came in on Jan 20,2007. I had not purchased anything on this card for those amounts. Especially only 2 days ago. I thought possibly an online transaction had allowed my mastercard number to be given out to another company. However the only two times I used the card online was with PayPal.

They assured me that my number was securred and it had not been given to any company or person. So my card has been cancelled and another one will be issued. My mastercard company did not have any contact number for these two transactions. So I pulled up the two transaction names and found I wasnt the only one who had been billed for a non purchased item. I still do not have any contact information for this so called WCValuePlus. If anyone can assist me in finding them I would appreciate it.
