I had been paying for trash service through automatic payments. I did not look at the invoices because they were being paid automatically. I just discovered that they have been charging me $100/month for trash services for quite some time. Their regular rate is $41. After speaking with Customer Service, they said there were annual increases every year - so their loyal customers that have been with them longer are charged exorbitant fees.

They think you won't notice. There is no notification of these ridiculous and unwarranted price increases. After sharing my experience with neighbors, several of them said they had had the same problem. I also think it's worth mentioning that their service is bad, too. They do not provide trash receptacles and frequently don't pick up the trash when they're supposed to.
