We are Brave USA Lexi Hair Scammers! Adds stuff to your cart without telling you. Internet

I ordered from Wearebraveusa.com a set of extension. When I came to check out they informed me of promotions they had which I could add to my order. I clicked No Thank You. Received a "Thank You for your purchase" email with NO information, followed by a email confirmation showing a total of $68.86 CAD. Total should have been $15, it also showed the two promotions added to my basket. 

I immediately contacted them via email (need proof!) asking that they remove the additional promotions and refund my credit card. No response. I tried them again (1-week later), still no response. I went thru their customer support page on their website, still no response. There is no number available to call on their website (red-flag #1, I know).

I just received the product which came thru regular mail from CHINA! I thought this was a USA company? 

I've reached out again to try and return to get a credit, but still nothing. (So much for "our great customer service team... BS on their website). My next call is to my credit card company to report these scammers.
