We Clean Carpets Internet

 I called yesterday to schedule my van carpet to be cleaned after getting rained on. They said it would be $65 for a cleaning and $20 for an odor treatment, and "$90 max" for a full cleaning. They showed up on time (in a plain white van with no uniforms) and I went out to speak to the tech. He got down and smelled the carpet and immediately said "Ok, it will be $145. How do you want to pay?" I said that was not what the company said and he handed my keys back to me.

I said "No, hold on to them and let me call the company real fast." He said ok and I went inside and called. The company started to tell me that they pay "Triple digits for a gallon of the treatment chemicals." and to "Go ahead and HAVE someone else come clean it!" Because I was "...being unreasonable." But that they were going to call the tech and see if he was charging correctly. Less than 2 minutes after, the tech's assistant rang my doorbell and handed me my car keys and said "Here are your keys. Our service manager just told us to leave immediately." WHAT?! So I xalled the company back in tears (I am 9w pregnant and NEED that smell out of my van). I asked why they just left and the person said "We have a supervisor on their way to you now." That was 2 hours ago. Do NOT use this company.
