I sent my money order in on 5/8/2016 and joined the Gold membership and purchased 2500 brochures.  After several months, i started calling as no brochures were mailed advising per their guarantee, I wanted a full refund.  Always received the same story...having problems with the publisher, brochures will be sent.

Finally, in mid-August 2016 my brochures were sent.  I only knew this as I received a handful back of returned addresses. I did receive one person joining.  I continued to call and advise per their guarantee, that I wanted my investment back.  Same story, I had to wait so long, etc.

Then all of the sudden, an email was sent to acknowledge that they were changing the program and gave another guarantee.

Still nothing happened.  I called, I emailed constantly.  Then in January 2017 the following email was sent to members...

     ""Hello Wealth Wise Members,

     As you know, right around the Thanksgiving holiday we experienced a problem with our merchant account. It was          deactivated which led to chaos within the company. In the blink of an eye, everyone's income stream completely stopped. We have been unable to overcome this hurdle and therefore must close our doors for now.

If you purchased an advertising campaign, you will be refunded on 2/27/17. I know that is a long time from now but the bank will not release any funds until that time.

Everyone also should have received 1 or 2 $100 payments to cover their monthly charge of $99 so that no losses were taken on your end.

If you did not receive a refund of your $99 payment via credit card, or a physical check from us, then please email us to let us know. Please enter "Refund Due" in the subject line.

We will get everyone taken care of. Thank you for being a loyal member and we will let you know if we come across a program where you can enjoy a similar compensation structure. ""

Okay, I thought, finally a refund.  Of course not, I think that was their ploy to get people off their backs for a couple of months to move out and disconnect.

Now you cannont get them by email or telephone and of course, no refund.  I am owed over $3000.
