Do not trust or believe ANYTHING Weatherby tells you. Nothing. Even if within a written so-called contract.

I used them to try to fill a locum tenens position. I signed a contract with them FIVE MONTHS ahead of time.

10 days before their doctor was supposed to start-   I get a call. " We might have a problem".  Seems their doctor didn't have a license in my state! They knew it all along and did nothing. One week before the assignment was supposed to begin, I was told by them to write a letter to my state Board pleading for an expedited review, which I did; to no avail.

Had to cancel my own hip replacement surgery due to these liars.

Their business plan is to lock you into a (seemingly) legally-binding contract months ahead of time knowing they don't have a candidate.  You will likely assume, as I did, that all is fine. You will stop pursuing your locums needs through other companies with the assumption that Weatherby is an honest company. In fact, by signing on with them, all you do is shoot yourself in the foot so to speak. You naturallly stop your locums search. Weatherby has you locked up, whether or not they actually have the candidate on board or not.

I spent thousands of dollars of staff time as well my own time renting their doctor a beautiful local condo and arranging her a car. My ASC administrator and my business manager both spent 10's of hours on scheduling, credentialling, and malpractice issuues. Thousands of bucks wasted due to their lies.
