websitebuilder sitebuilder Lied, Slow or No Replies, Will Not Reimburse or Refund. Scam Alert Internet

I signed up on websitebuilder.com and created a site, it looked great and was easy to make, I was very happy so I deciced to make it where I would run my shop, I contacted support and asked how payments were processed and I was told they process the payments so I paid for eCommerce. 

After paying for eCommerce I was given options to select from various credit card processors... that makes no sense if they supposidly process these payments ? I tried to get through it and apply to a few processors and was declined by 1 as they only deal with bigger businesses that are already established (great to add that to a site where a bunch of beginners will be signing up) I tried to apply to others but many of the sites wouldn't work correctly or were only allowed by those located in the UK... I am from the US so it rendered to be useless.

I contacted support and told them that I was given false information and that I would like a refund for my eCommerce, I was not given a reply until I was billed for a second month... thanks websitebuilder support.... I then finally got a response and they asked if I wanted to cancel, obviously I told them I wanted it canceled but they had to go the extra 9 yards and not only did they cancel my eCommerce but they canceled my website which I already paid forward for the whole year.

I hve been trying to contact websitebuilder and sitebuilder now for month trying to get my site unlocked and get my money back but no replies but they are more than happy to send me spam emails...

Take this review as a warrning, they will take your money and you will not get it back no matter what, if you like to give money to shitty corperations then this service is for you... as you pay for crap service, slow support (even as premium it took weeks for replies), and for your site apparently to be locked.


Total loses with websitebuilder/sitebuilder: $47 in only 2 months time, 0 benefit, 0% chance of profit, 100% loss.
