I am a returning customer to weebly. The way you purchase their services appeared the same (which is to have all 10 user sites upgraded to Pro) just a different pricing structure.

 Once I made this purchase I realized that it was not the same, I replied to an email that was not correct. So I created a service ticket within 2 months of the purchase after finding out that the email I sent the first time was not correct. The reason I state 2 months is because I was informed that they can make expections for purchases still made within a 2 month time fram even though their refund policy is for 30 days.

 I never heard back from them regarding that ticket number stating why am I paying for something different. Once I created a new ticket inquiry, they resonded quickly. They, then stated that I couldnt get a refund even though that was when I found out about the 2 month exception. Which I did not find out it was an actual exception until I started a Chat regarding this issue. I have all of the correspondance contained in a blog.

 I went through the same steps to purchase a new site to see if there was a notification or explanation of purchase. Because I was a returning customer I was not aware of this difference that appeared the same as the previous purchase. I understand that I lost my grandfather under the old great deal, but under the old plan there was no explanation for buying 10 user sites for one low price. Now they are one high price per site.

 After not replying to my other concerns, being called abusive through chat, and simply told that a refund on the new purchase was all they could do... I still payed for something that, if handled back within the 2 month inquiry, I would've asked specifically for a refund then.
