This is one of the most UNPROFESSIONAL companies I have EVER had to work with. Everything sounded so great. Cheap quote, they load your stuff, saving me so much stress. Now that must have been the biggest joke ever.
I sat looking at all of my stuff in boxes for over a week. 8 days after my estimated pickup, my stuff was still sitting in my apt, with me having to be out of my apt in only a few days.
I am still, as I type trying to get me deposite back.
This company has lied, hung up on me, and still continues to make my life miserable. This has caused my more stress them I am explain. The cheap quote I was quoted dose not outway the stress this has caused me and my family.
Go with a company you are very familier with, or one someone you know has used. "Just because something is the cheapiest, DOES NOT mean it is the best deal"

#1 Consumer Suggestion
Getting your deposit back

Did WeHaul actually say THEY would be coming to pick up your things?
I ask because WeHaul is actually a broker, they do not own any trucks nor do they pack, pick up, drive, deliver, or do a thing with all those boes you're looking at. For a broker to tell you that THEY will be doing the work or are the actual mover can earn them a $6,000 fine.
Write a letter to Aldo DiSorbo, owner of WeHaul (and other companies with similar terrible records), requesting an immediate refund of your deposit, as WeHaul did not hold up their end of the bargain by providing you with a mover. Doesn't matter if they talked to one about your job or not, their contract is to get your things MOVED. Be polite and business-like, outline what was told to you over the phone or emails, what is in your signed contract, and dates and prices. Courtesy Copy the letter to both the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, the Southeast Florida BBB, and the Florida Attorney General's Economic Crimes Division. Keep on them until you get your money back.
Or, if you paid the deposit by credit card, issue a chargeback.
