I moved out of my apartment and shortly after move out I received a bill for $419.00 stating I ruined the carpet and they had to seal the floor. Upon moving into that unit I told the manament the carpet needed to be replaced and that stated it would before me moving in. They did not replace it and I did not notice until I moved in. I complained again to management and they said they would replace it and sent their carpet person to do measurements. The carpet was never replaced and I documented on my check in sheet the carpet was in bad condition. I complained to management the carpet had an odor of cat urine they said I could hire the person they use to clean the carpets but I would have to pay for it. Upon move out they said I destroyed the carpet and they had to seal the floor. I told them the carpet was already documented being tore up in the locations they said I damaged it. I lived a Bexley at Harborside for Four years and always paid my rent on time. I will never recommend and will tell anyone not to rent from any Weinstein Properties because when you move out they will make false claims. Oh on an end note I had to pay a deposit of what my apartment cost and some how that never got documented weird how shortly after I moved in the officer clerk I dealt with got fired for stealing.
