I am so exhausted with all of this that at this time I don't even feel like typing all the details. But know this anyone out there who has a mortgage with wells fargo home mortgage " START NOW AND GET A NEW LOAN WITH SOME ONE ELSE". We have went through the every one of their so called help to get back on track options. They have lied, stoled our money, threatened us with forclosure and slammed us with fees that no one can explain. Draining us by not crediting our payments to our loan and then ruining our credit. We even sent them money in "good faith" during our loan modification that remained unapplied for 4 months and then just vanished one day and no one can tell me where it went?

We have recieved conflicting information from so many different customer service reps we really can't figure out what all happened and when. But my house went to the court house steps auction on Sept 2, 2008. Now we are broke and have a kid and also a grand baby with nowhere to go. My wife and I are on the verge of breaking up because of the stress. I feel like I have let them all down but I was no match for this huge thief who is disguised as a mortgage company.

Some please fight this company!!! Don't let them put any more children in the street!!!
