I have read two reports here about failed lids on the "specialized" chlorinator lids. I ordered Eric's system approximately 2 years ago. I fell his statements on his website about a patented device. I did not realize his chlorinator is nothing more than a pool chlorinator and should never be subjected to well pump pressures. I have followed his advice listed on his cd for maintenance in changing O-rings and adding salt. About a month ago, the lid on the chlorinator cracked and flooded my basement. Luckily, I had ordered a new O-ring to replace in my system, and for some reason, Eric had sent a new lid. It was never requested. I replaced the lid and it failed less than one month of in sevice time. Yes, the system pressure was maintain less than the recommended 45 psi listed in his instructions. Unfortunately, this time, the whole top blew off, creating a bigger flood.

I did contact him before I ever bought this system to ask questions about installing it in a basement since I live in Michigan and it could not be installed outside. I have the emails in which he responded that is was ok to install in the basement and have it routed to my sump to be pumped to my septic system.

If you are fortunate enough to find this report before purchasing, you are lucky. Find another system designed for home use and well system pressure...not some regular pool chlorinator that will most certainly fail.

Ok to lie?

AUTHOR: - ()

POSTED: Friday, April 03, 2015

Well, it is obvious he is trying to get people to not believe reports against him. I have not made any calls since I initailly bought his "system". I still use his water softner and conditioner. There is nothing special about it or different from any other you would buy at any home improvement store. I have never told him I used a bicycle tire as a seal. I gues it is ok for him to come on here and tell lies. Do whatever it takes to salvage your reputation I guess. I will be removing his entire junk system by summer time, not just the pool chlorinator he sold me. Oh by the way, if you are a consumer and read this, do yourself a favor and google chlorination of a well. It is NOT recommended by any expert to install a chlorination systhem directly in your house. I wish I had done the same instead of just searching for a well water system and falling for his scams.

We have the best track record

I figured out who you are and what your motives are .

Your call came in December  you complained Because your cap broke after you never changed your Cap ring ( which takes one second ) after nearly FOUR years ...you told me you cut up an old Bicycle inner tube  to make a gasket and you could not make it work so you tightened the hell of it and broke your cap  cracked the other.  You never bought your cap ring or cap until you tried to rig the system and broke it.

Then you called me angry .   I sent you a free cap.  You damaged your chlorinator because you Jerry rigged it and never red the instructions instthing the system.  It says right on the first page "order a cap ring when your spare is in use ".   You neglected everything for 3.5 years and never used the FREE support line.  Then you called some other dealer and they encouraged you to use this site.  The only scam here is you.   Now you are locked into a $1500 to $2000 dollar a year service loop with your new Dealer who lip loaded you.

I have a AAA BBB reputation and four decades of global service support and sales. You complain here because you know you have no valid complaint and with your name I could easily ( any one could ) easily show you are the one at fault.

All you had to do was swap a $12 cap ring out.  All my customers can See Your true motives .

This is his best attempt to not be caught

In response to Eric's rebuttal, I am not an automated reply nor am I another customer creating an alternate complaint. To give you proof, the Patriots and Seahawks won today (which no automated reply would put in) and it warmed up to a high of 38F here in Michigan.

I am not going to include an email address, phone number, full name, or any other means he can use to contact me and harrass me.

I have the cd in hand which he claims to not have sent out. I can provide a picture of it to anyone who asks. Also, another thing I discovered after filing my first report to prove his chlorinator is a scam, the lid has some lettering underneath his sticker that has been scraped off. I have pictures of that as well. Like other people have stated, do your research and call the US patent office and discovered his claims to a patent are completely false!

If you would like pictures of his failed pool chlorinator, I will be happy to send pictures of both lids sitting beside the cd he claims to not have sent.

I will add an email address where I can be contacted without any fear of Eric's harrassment.

This is a competitor generated bogus complaint

AUTHOR: Owner - ()

POSTED: Friday, January 16, 2015

This is a bogus complant generated by a filter competitor .

We have have 40 years of experience and nearly 100K customers world wide and no one is

having this problem.   This so called consumer says they live in Michigan but the time stamp is Arizona .

The fact is competitors cannot compete as they do not have a remedy for problem water

and this is an avenue for them level the playing field.   We give life time free support

on the highest technology system on the market.  If there was an issue in either one of

those States I would know and the problem would be handled.  Any complaint that does

not have names and contact phone is Anonymous and bogus.   We also have not put any

instruction on a CD in four years so that's an untruth.  There is no system on the market

that is more reliable, easier to maintain, service call free, and engineered to be the last

system you own, and has a longer more Comprehensive warranty.  This is a Mimic complaint

from an actual Consumer that never changed a cap ring ( which takes 2 seconds ) for over

five Years.   The dealer(s) build on this to undermine and they do it to all of the Competitors.
