Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. Wells Fargo changed my accounts to accounts charging more fees without my consent. Internet
*General Comment: Why didn't you...
Wells Fargo sent letters stating "per our telephone conversation today, this letter is to confirm your request to change your account." This did not happen
I contacted the bank and they state there was not any communication.
The new accounts charge higher fees and higher minimum balances, charging the account when under those higher balances.
This letter was sent to 2 of my accounts, same day, same exact letter. The purpose was intentional by Wells Fargo to convert the account so higher fees could be imposed.

change the accounts back to the ones with lower fees when you talked with the bank?
Additionally, when you talk to the branch personnel they can not see when/if you talked with someone on the phone. Your best bet would have been to call customer service and speak with a manager.
Yes I worked for a bank but not this one.
