We bought furniture from Raymour & Flanigan financed by Wells Fargo Financial Bank( as per sales person's advice). We electronically paid one payment. After that we received a collection letter with a demand to pay off a sum of money( as calculated and mentioned in the letter). We called the bank twice to verify the truth. As per the collection letter, we sent the money as told by the bank. After paying the money, Bank did not close the account : instead they posted the amount as partial payment and bank wants us to pay more money.
