Wells Fargo Financial Predatory Lending Des Moines, Iowa

I signed a Home Equity Loan with Wells Fargo Financial in the form of a Platinum Visa card three years ago.  Payment was suppose to be $188.00 a month.  It's more like $400.00 a month because part of the original loan was deposited in my checking account and labled "Cash Advance".   Recently, the credit limit was reduce putting me over the limit by $146.00.  Last year I paid more than $2000.00 in fees alone.
Looking at the original documents, I see my house appraisal was very generous.  After three years of payments, I still owe 100% of the value of my home.
