Back in July 2009, was ordering what I thought was a job with google and the company said all I had to do was pay $1.94 for shipping of a disc. I received the disc in the mail approximately 2 weeks later.   On July 21, I looked on my bank account and saw a charge of $84 which caused several checks to bounce on my account with Wachovia.  I called the bank, they called the company and spoke with them regarding this unautherized charge.  (keep in mind, I only authorized $1.94)  According to this company, while on the phone with Wachovia, myself, person with company, (3 way call), the "google job company" said that I did not cancel the "7 day" trial period (which I did not get the disc for 2 weeks or any correspondance from this company), therefore, I was agreeing to the "subscription" which costs $84..  After Wachovia and I got off the phone with them, Wachovia said they would get rid of all the NSF CHANGES and credit my account and have this investigated.  A week after that, I received a letter from Wachovia wanting more information regarding this company, which I have proof that I reported and faxed this information to Wachovia and today, 10/21, Wachovia reDEBITED my account along with another NSF charge knowing that there was not enough money in the account.  In the letter from Wachovia, they said they would honor the account if there was not enough money in it until I got paid again. THEY TOOK ANOTHER $101 DOLLARS (87.40 DEBIT + $35 NSF CHARGE) OUT OF MY ACCOUNT WHICH IS GOING TO DO MORE DAMAGE IF ANY OTHER CHARGES COME THROUGH....THIS IS THEIVERY!!!!!!!!  i ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE SUPERVISOR BUT THEY SAID THEY WOULD HAVE TO SEND AN EMAIL TO "ESCILATION UNIT" AND i WOULD HEAR FROM THEM IN 24 HOURS.  HMMMMMM WONDER IF I WILL HEAR FROM THEM????
