WePAY WePAY is the WORSE Credit Card Processing DO NOT USE THEM! California

Yesterday, February 14, 2018, I received 4 emails from this company (WePAY) stating that they are refunding 4 credit card amounts to 2 different individuals from June of 2017.  (7 1/2 months ago) NOTHING else was stated.  I tried to contact them with NO LUCK (what a shock) and got a hold of ecwid.com customer service personnel. Antasia explained to me that she would contact WePay and see what happened.  

I explained to ecwid, that I have already delivered this merchandise to these customers and NOW YOU ARE RETURNING MY MONEY!  Found out last night after thinking my money was transferred to my bank account my money was still sitting in their account :(. WHY has this company NOW say that there is a failure of depositing my money into my account?  They have deposited before with NO PROBLEM.  This amount is NOT a small amount over $435.00, and for a small business that is a lot of money!

HOW can this company just GIVE AWAY YOUR MONEY without NOTICE?  Do YOURSELF a favor and STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY WEPAY!  I am SO DONE with companies like this!
