Werner International Enterprises, Inc. Scam artists & hostile Baltimore, Maryland

A "salesman" and I use that term loosely for him, called and spoke to our service manager stating he had lightbulbs to send us and needed the address.  We had just ordered lightbulbs, but not from this company. The salesman never identified his company.
The address was given and then we received the invoice ($498.90) for the bulbs we never ordered.  When we called to get an RA to send them back, they would not give one and even said they don't do RA's, even though it is stated on the back of the invoice that they do.  They said they would clear the account when they received the bulbs back and we had to pay to ship them back.  
While talking to the "gentleman" at Werner he became extremely hostile and eventually hung up on me.  He also stated the phone conversation he had with the service manager was recorded, which if it was would be completely illegal since he was not informed that the conversation was being recorded.  
DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY OR REQUEST A CATALOG!!!!!
We are not paying for the bulbs and we are not shipping them back.  This was decided after I read all of the reviews from companies that had the exact complaint as us.  Maybe if more companies did this and they started to lose money, they would quit!!!!
