I ordered flowers on Saturday June 14th to be delivered on Saturday for Fathers DAy.  I paid the express fee for a 4 hour delivery.  Here it is 28 hours later on  Sunday, Fathers Day and no flowers have been delivered to my Dad.  After many many attempts I got a human to speak with.  I wanted to cancel my order since nothing was deliverd and the rep said they can cancel and refund my payment less the handling fees.  I said what fee's, nothing was handled because nothing was delivered.  They must keep a fee to pay their staff st the customer service department to handle all the complaints!  This company is a total scam.  The customer service is non existant.  I should have stayed with 1xxxxxxxxx.
