I was doing my yearly credit report, when I found a collections via this company. They are claiming a $72 collection, but from what company? What did I purchase? Why have I not received ANY MAIL from them?
I did my homework by Googling the company first, and found out that I am not the first one that this has happened to. I have called the company, and left messages telling them that I am contacting the Attorney General, the BBB, and here, as well as using Craigslist and Facebook to warn others to check their credit reports to see if they too have been dinged by this company!
I am hoping in time, enough people will pool together to get a lawsuit for ruining our credit. I have never been late on a payment, and this is documented, so why would I let $72 go to collections?
