West Business Services Unfair labor practices Mesa Arizona

This company is using unfair, unethical labor practices and preys on young inexperienced workers. If one would check their hire/fire ratio, the picture would be all too clear. Young people are being fired after working for 5 1/2 months, no matter what their sales ratio is so that the company does not have to pay unemployment or employment benefits. No notice is given and most are in desperate straights on the meager pay they do receive. Abuse by the supervisors is prevalent and as the 5 month tenure draws nearer, the verbal and psychological abuse picks up. This company needs to be investigated and the supervisory individuals need to be charged with their crimes in a court of law.
