West coast parts Tannerjames James roby Advertising on ebay has you PayPal down payment then wants you to send cashiers check to him then he will ship you the motor ! Then if you research and find out that it is not a good company and that he changes him company name all the time he refuses to refund your deposit be aware scam Listing says mead WA Internetc ebay

Don't buy from him he will tell you to sent cashier check so you have no way to protect yourself if you send down payment he will keep it and say there are no refunds on deposits he is scam

I’m sorry you feel like we did something wrong when we are asked to customize an item and go above and beyond that requires excessive work we require a deposit that deposit is nonrefundable as stated on our website and on the original invoice that all of our customers receive unfortunately we cannot work for free that’s why the deposits are nonrefundable if the customer changes their mind after they can contact us and we will work with them to see what we can do to accommodate them.

we take deposit only to make changes on a item that is ordered. all deposit are non refundable we do not work for free..
