I'm a Real Estate broker and my buyer found this property on Zip Realty or Redfin. 

It was a short-sale, we did an inspection of the property at Open House, and it was located in El Monte. 

at 12046 Schmidt Road El Monte. 

That was June 9th, 2016; it is now Jan 9th, 2017. 

There phone line is dead, I just get a busy signal. 

The name they are using is Allison Parker.

and the last email correspondence was on 11/30/2016. 

We will be proceeding to also file a police report with El Monte PD. 

And seek avenues to Sue and recover my buyers money.
